DELIVERIES IN BELGIUM

Orders will be treated ASAP on reception of payment. For a delivery within Belgium, SBYBIKES.COM offers you several different delivery options :

Bpost’s standard parcel delivery (Belgian Post Group).

It is a secure and fast delivery option. Your parcel will be delivered in no time.

You are free to choose the delivery address (from Monday to Friday). Your order will be dispatched within 24-72 hours (for available products). A signature is required for reception.

Don’t worry if you miss the first attempt at delivery. A notice will be left in your mailbox. You can either request that the postman delivers the parcel a second time, at your convenience, or you can collect the parcel from the nearest Post Point.

If the parcel is not withdrawn within the deadlines prescribed by the carrier, the products will be sent back to SBYBIKES.COM who reserves the right to charge the shipping fee. You shall consequently be made a full refund after deducing the shipping costs.

Or a delivery by «Mondial Relay ».

With Mondial Relay, you have the freedom to withdraw your parcel at the Relay point of your choice !

You are notified by text message/e-mail upon arrival of your package. Thanks to a thorough tracking system, you will be able to keep updated on your parcel with just one click. Therefore, you just need to be connected to the Website of Mondial Relay. (within 48-96 hours)

Or a delivery through the intermediary of a BPACK@BPOST point

Your parcel will be delivered within 3 days, directly to one of the 1250 Post points on the Belgian Territory.

A text message will be sent to inform you of the arrival of your parcel at the Bpack@Bpost point of your choice. A signature is required before withdrawing. The advantage of this delivery method is the timetable you dispose of to withdraw the parcel, even during the weekend.

Or a delivery by GLS Transport

Your parcel will be delivered straight at home, anytime from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm (within 48-96 hours). A signature is required.

INTERNATIONAL PARCELS

In order to receive your parcel abroad, SBYBIKES.com proposes the following :

You can collect Your order in our shop, located rue de Huy, 274 à 4300 Waremme (Belgium) (from Tuesday to Saturday). This will also be the opportunity to discover other items that are exposed in our shop...
